ADJUSTABLE SPACERS
\nThread protection system before burnishing treatment<\/h4>\n

Our technical department has designed three different systems to protect the ajustable spacer thread before performing the burnishing treatment.<\/h4>\n

In order to pro- tect the threaded portion so as to avoid any deposits of coating material, as that screw the female part can be easily screwed, following systems are recommended:<\/h4>\n

SYSTEM 2<\/h3>\n

In the picture a further system is shown to protect the adjustable spacer so as to have the external surface completely treated, avoiding the burnishing powder penetration inside the thread.<\/h4>\n

The adjustable spacer must be opened to its full extension, and blocked by means of a screw and a M12 hexagonal nut.<\/h4>\n

Once the treatment is performed, the screw will be taken off so as to be used again, then the plug for the final railing fastening is to be inserted.<\/h4>\n
